call to comic artists

hihi everyone!
I intend to create a comic magazine (you know, as in put a bunch of comics together in one binding device and publish new chapters monthly), but in order to do this I need all the comic artists out there who can commit to drawing a 15-19 page chapter every month to email me so we can work out a deal! I am looking for all kinds of stories (but keep it pg13 please...), and all kinds of art, and would love to work with artists to get their work published, printed, and distributed.
